The movement activity enhancement after the COVID19 pandemics (COVIDMOVE)
Project number: 2021-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000023008
The COVID-19 pandemic led to various restrictions that resulted
in reduced mobility, decreased physical activity, and a significant decline in overall movement among the population, as confirmed
by several independent observational studies. The project develops suitable recommendations and materials for specific target groups on how to increase physical activity and effectively incorporate it into daily life. Additionally, the project focuses on educating the public about the importance of physical activity and improving people’s motivation to engage in regular exercise. The collaboration among involved organizations is summarized through international conferences to raise awareness about this issue among both experts and the general public.
